Citations

In 2008 the warrants division received and entered 914 citations. These citations vary from simple possession to speeding. Each citation has an issued court date that you must appear at the appointed time unless the you were issued a warning. Failure to appear at the court date will result in a capias warrant for your arrest.  Fines and cost will be paid at the General Sessions Court.
