Civil Warrant Division

Our department is dedicated to serving the public in an efficient and timely manner. Our officers serve between 1,500 and 2,000 warrants each month. We have a staff of 5 deputies and work 5 days a week. Civil paperwork includes various types of legal paperwork for service on a defendant, witness or employer or legal representative. Property disputes, divorces, evictions, garnishments, subpoenas, civil lawsuits and orders of protection are some of the types of paperwork that are handled by this office.

• Service Fees are $28.00 per defendant in each case.

• Money orders, certified checks, and business checks are accepted.

• No personal checks.

• Office hours are Monday thru Friday 6am to 6pm.

• If you receive a pink card in the mail or on your door please bring the card with you. You will need to stop by the Sheriff Dept. and enter the warrants lobby.
