Single Family Dwellings - Builder Information

Rutherford County requires home builders in subdivisions to complete the Stormwater Agreement as part of the stormwater review process before lots can be released for a building permit.

Builders must submit all required plans and documentation to the Stormwater Department for review. All required erosion prevention and waste management measures must be installed on site and inspected by Stormwater prior to lot release. Lots will not be released until the installed EPSC and waste management measures have been approved in field.
