Probation - Access My Case

To create your account if you have not done so, go to www.cssreporting.com and click on ‘Not Registered Yet’. For more information go to www.cssreporting.com/help.php.

The following information is required to register your account. If your date of birth, name or email address has not been updated, or you do not have your Web Reporting ID or PID, please notify your Probation Case Manager to obtain that information. All corrections must be made prior to registering your account.

You will need the following information in order to register:

• Web Report ID: ##########

• Email Address: [email protected]

• Date of Birth: mm/dd/yyyy

• PID: ##########

If you do not receive a confirmation email you may want to add [email protected] to your email address book to ensure the email is not blocked or sent to your junk email folder. Once you receive the email you MUST click on the link to activate your account.

Once you have created your account you will have the ability to:

• View Fee Balances

• View Next Appointment Date and Time

• View Community service work Information

• View Officer Information

• Make a Payment Online
