Employee Assistance Program

Employees are one of Rutherford County’s most valuable assets and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) aims to ensure you have the resources available to you when you need them the most through AllOne Health. The EAP is designed to help with problems that would otherwise hinder your day-to-day life. Stress, whether personal, familial, or financial, can affect you mentally, emotionally, and physically, and we want to provide resources to allow you to live a healthy and balanced life.

All full time, part time, and seasonal employees and their household members and dependents living out of the home are encouraged to use these services on a voluntary basis. Services provided by AllOne Health are completely confidential. The County is not provided with names of individuals who use the service.
