BID FOR BENEFITS FOR COUNTY EMPLOYEES
MEDICAL, DENTAL AND VISION ASO, PBM, COBRA, STOP LOSS, HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT, POINT SOLUTIONS, EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PLAN, AND ANY OTHER RELEVANT SOLUTION TO MEDCIAL ADMINISTRATION

Rutherford County invites qualified, licensed organizations to bid. Bidders should satisfy the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The RFP will be released at 9:00 am, January 5, 2026, by Gallagher on behalf of the Rutherford County Insurance and Risk Management Department. To receive additional program information, submit a Letter of Intent to Bid on company letterhead, including email and phone contact, to Marisa Combs Smith at [email protected] by January 20, 2026. Only those who submit this letter by the deadline will receive additional program information.

Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 pm CST on March 10, 2026, at the Rutherford County Mayor’s Office, One Public Square, Suite 101, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. Late proposals will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 4:30 pm CST on March 10, 2026, in Suite 205 of the Historic Rutherford County Courthouse.
