BID BENEFIT FOR COUNTY EMPLOYEES
MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLAN
Rutherford County invites qualified, licensed organizations to bid on a fully insured Medicare Advantage Plan. Bidders must meet the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
The RFP will be available at 9:00 am, January 2, 2025, released by Gallagher on behalf of the Rutherford County Insurance and Risk Management Department. To obtain bid documents, submit a Letter of Intent to Bid on company letterhead, including email and phone contact, to Marisa Combs Smith at [email protected] by January 17, 2025. Only those who submit this letter by the deadline will receive electronic bid documents.
Sealed proposals must be submitted by 2:00 pm CST on March 11, 2025, to the Rutherford County Mayor’s Office, One Public Square, Suite 101, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. Late proposals will not be considered. Bids will be opened at 4:30 pm CST on March 11, 2025, in Suite 205 of the Historic Rutherford County Courthouse.

GROUP LIFE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT AND LONG TERM DISABILITY
Rutherford County invites qualified, licensed organizations to bid on the following fully insured programs: Group Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Long Term Disability. Bidders should satisfy the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
