You can use the Cigna Easy Choice Tool to help you decide which medical plan is right for you and your family.
To find out if a doctor or provider is in network, please follow the steps below:
- Log into myCigna.com or the myCigna app
- Choose Find Care & Costs
OR, if you have not registered with a myCigna account or have not yet enrolled in a Rutherford County plan
- Go to Cigna.com
- Click on "Find a Doctor"
- Choose "Employer or School"
- Enter your city or zip code
- Choose how you want to search: "Doctor by Type", "Doctor by Name", or "Health Facilities and Group Practices"
- Enter a description in the search bar (ex: doctor, hospital, etc.) and click "Search"
- Enter your city or zip code again and select "Continue"
- Choose medical network "LocalPlus" or "Open Access Plus, OA plus, Choice Fund OA Plus" to view in-network providers
