Confidential testing, treatment and contact follow-up is provided for sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS.

If you think you have been exposed to an STD or are experiencing symptoms, please call and make an appointment with us at either of our two locations:

Routine testing includes:

• Chlamydia
• Gonorrhea
• Syphilis
• HIV
• Hepatitis C

Please note that an appointment is required for routine STD testing.
If you have already been tested at one of our clinics and have questions, please call 615-898-7880 and select option 1.
