Tired of setting a New Year Resolution and not following through? Join us as we launch a 6-week webinar series on the foundations of wellness. This series will help you create realistic goals, build education around the different dimensions of well-being, and set you up for long-term success.
The first virtual class will be held on January 29th from 12-12:30PM and will occur weekly on Wednesdays until March 5th. Recordings of each class will be available here, on the wellness page, following the end of the webinar.
