How many candidates are to be invited for the 1st round interview?
If three (3) or more applicants are on the referred list, the hiring department shall offer an invitation to interview a minimum of three (3) candidates from the referred list. If less than three (3) applicants are on the referred list, the hiring agency shall invite each person on the list to interview.
