Public assistance requested

Rutherford County- TN (02/11/2025) The Rutherford County Fire Marshal’s Office is seeking assistance from the public after a vehicle was found burned at the Mona boat ramp on West Jefferson Pike in Murfreesboro, TN on Sunday, February 9, 2025.

 The vehicle, which has been identified as a Jeep Grand Cherokee, was discovered by a Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office Deputy on routine patrol. The Fire Marshal’s Office responded to perform an investigation. 

 Individuals with any information, including when the vehicle may have been seen at the boat ramp, are urged to contact the Rutherford County Fire Marshal’s Office at 615-907-3600 or the Tennessee Arson Hotline at 1-800-762-3017.

 A reward of up to $5,000 is available for information that leads to the identification of the individuals responsible.
