Rutherford County Fire Marshal Lifts Open Burn Ban

Rutherford County - TN (September 4, 2024) Rutherford County Fire Marshal’s Office has lifted the  mandatory open burn ban for all of Rutherford County residents issued August 29, 2024.

 Residents of municipalities should check with their respective cities for the status of individual bans that may be in place before burning.
