What's Changing in 2025?
In accordance with federal regulations:
- To keep the Family deductible embedded, the Individual deductible for the High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) will increase by $100 to be $3,300.
- The Health Savings Account (HSA) Individual/Family contribution limits will increase to $4,300/$8,550.
- For enrollees in a HDHP, MDLive Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Dermatology services will only be covered at 100% after your deductible has been satisfied. MDLive Preventative Care and Behavioral Health services will continue to be paid at 100% before and after your deductible has been satisfied.
- The Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) contribution limit will increase to $3,200.
Also keep in mind that your medical plan's formulary changes periodically throughout the plan year. For more information, call Rutherford County's dedicated Cigna liaison, Candi Turner, at 727-277-6565.
