Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
You do not need to enroll in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Rutherford County provides an EAP service through AllOne Health for all full time, part time, and seasonal employees and their household members and dependents living out of the home. Services provided by AllOne Health are completely confidential. The County is not provided with names of individuals who use the service.
AllOne Health EAP is designed to help with problems that would otherwise hinder your day-to-day life. Stress, whether personal, familial, or financial, can affect you mentally, emotionally, and physically, and we want to provide resources to allow you to live a healthy and balanced life.
