Notice of Data Breach with Renkim Corporation/ Wakefield and Associates, LLC (Collection agency of Rutherford County EMS)

There was a data breach on March 3, 2025, that affected 562 of Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services customers. 

Renkim mailed letters to all 562 affected individuals on December 22, 2025.
