Planning & Engineering Fees Schedule

Please be advised that the fees for Planning and Engineering Department application reviews will be increasing effective July 1, 2023.

New Plat/Plan Related Fees - Effective July 1, 2023

Preliminary Plans - $1,000 base fee
Preliminary Lots - $750 per lot
Final Plats (Major) - $1,000 base fee
Final Lots (Major) - $750 per lot
Final Plats (Minor) - $250 base fee
Final Lots (Minor) - $100 per lot
Site Plans - $750 base fee $.10/square foot of non-residential building area
Waivers - $150
Zoning Compliance for All new principal residential structures, additions & ADUs - $250
Zoning Compliance for All detached accessory structures (e.g., garage, shed, pools, etc.) - $150
Address assignment - $5 per address assigned
