VHS and/or DVD copies of public meetings and/or RCTV produced programs are available at a cost of $35 for each copy of a meeting or program. Copies can be requested by calling (615) 898-7762 or by stopping by our offices and completing a copy request form. Copy request can also be submitted online or downloaded and mailed to:

You will be notified by phone or email when your copies are completed. Once you have been notified you must pick up your copies at the address listed above. Payment must be made by cash or check (payable to "Rutherford County Government") when picking up your copies. Copies are made in the order of request and as department production schedule permits.
