BILLBOARD ART CONTEST
RUTHERFORD OPIOID BOARD BILLBOARD CONTEST
Who can participate?
Rising high school seniors and older and you must be a Rutherford County resident.
What are we looking for?
Unique artwork that is easy to understand that will not distract drivers with no profanity.
What is the goal of the billboard?
To promote the website realdrugstories.org
Entries must be received within the stated time frame of April 15, 2024 to May 31, 2024.
The artist of the winning submission will receive a $500 scholarship
that will be paid via check to a school of the artist’s choosing.
The winning submission will be used at the discretion of Rutherford County.
All entrants must execute the Authorization and Release form HERE.
