Special Enrollments

When you or one of your dependents experience a qualifying life event, you may be eligible to make certain changes to your benefits during the plan year.

You must notify the Insurance & Risk Management Department within 30 calendar days of your qualifying event with day 1 being the date of the event at [email protected]. If you do not notify us and provide the required documentation within 30 days of the event, you will not be able to make changes to your enrollments.

The examples listed below are not the only qualifying events that could make you or your dependents eligible for special enrollment. When you add a new dependent to your medical, dental, and/or vision plans, be prepared to provide the dependent verification documents listed in the chart below.
