We accept cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, money orders and cashiers checks at both office locations. Please make checks payable to: Rutherford County Trustee.

Billing Information
Property taxes are due from October 1st – February 28th
Partial Payments
Partial payments are accepted. As of the delinquency date, unpaid balances accrue interest at 1.5% each month. Please contact our office for more information. Pre-payments or monthly Bank Drafts are now being offered. Please contact our office for more information.
