Vision ID Cards
Your virtual ID cards are accessible through the myCigna web portal and app, but physical copies of your ID cards won't be mailed to you unless you request them from myCigna.

Locating In-Network Providers
If you are already enrolled in the Rutherford County vision plan and have registered with myCigna, you can log into the myCigna web portal or app and choose Find Care and Costs.
You can also visit EyeMed's Cigna Vision Care Provider portal to search by location and provider.
